Title: Approval of a resolution authorizing the President & CEO, or her designee, to finalize and execute the grant of a drainage easement to the City of Austin on CapMetro-owned property located at 7001 Decker Lane, Austin, Texas 78724, for the purpose of directing offsite stormwater through CapMetro property. The easement will allow the city of Austin to access, install, construct, operate, use, maintain, repair, modify, upgrade, monitor, inspect, replace, make connections with, remove, and decommission the facilities which include drainage channels, drainage conveyance structures, and detention and water quality controls with all associated roads, gates, bridges, culverts, erosion control structures, and other appurtenances. CapMetro will be responsible for the ongoing operations and maintenance of the stormwater infrastructure.
