This helps to provide customer service excellence and allows for staff to better manage equipment when technology is updated.

BUSINESS CASE: Capital Metro offers passenger WiFi on MetroExpress, MetroRapid, and MetroRail services that have limited stops and passengers are onboard for a longer period of time compared to MetroBus routes that have frequent stops. The WiFi service is widely used and offers passengers free internet access.
