DBA Travis Properties for approximately 18,535 rentable square feet of office space on the first and basement floors of the Travis Building located at 209 West 9th Street, Austin, TX 78701 for a term not to exceed twenty-four (24) months, in an amount not to exceed $634,680.

EXPLANATION OF STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT: This proposed renewal of the lease on this space allows transit customers and MetroAccess Eligibility clients and employees to continue to have easy access to the Transit Store and MetroAccess Eligibility until the new space at 1705 Guadalupe is complete, as there are multiple bus routes that service this location.
BUSINESS CASE: Until the construction of CapMetro's new office space at 1705 Guadalupe Street is complete, CapMetro does not own adequate administrative office space to house all its services.
