Approval of a resolution authorizing the President & CEO, or her designee, to finalize and execute a contract modification with UNUM for life, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, disability benefits, FMLA administration, and other voluntary benefits to employees, to increase the contract by $960,313 and extend the contract through December 31, 2025. The new total not to exceed contract amount is $4,313,195.
