EXPLANATION OF STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT: This project will enhance the safety and security of the Rail Signal Houses and will focus resources on promoting a culture of safety and risk reduction in alignment with the Capital Metro Strategic plan. The safety and security enhancements for Rail Signal Houses demonstrate to our customers and employees that Capital Metro is taking the necessary steps to mitigate risk and continually improve safety and security. Cameras add business value by providing real-time and recorded information that will allow the agency to make critical decisions that would impact Capital Metro business operations.
